Your order will normally be delivered and installed in 4 to 5 working days from placement as all of the products you see on our website are available from stock.

All of our online prices include delivery and installation to the UK mainland for orders £100 and over. We make a nominal charge of £30 for orders less than £100. Your order will be delivered and carefully installed by our fitters and left ready for your use.

We can dispose of your existing furniture if we are supplying new, subject to our quotation for this service having been agreed by you and paid for with order.

Should the situation arise, we will endeavour to deal with any problems in a professional and expeditious manner

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

All of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee of two – five years, which varies with each product. In addition, we guarantee that we will do all in our power to rectify any issues.
